"My wife and I stayed at this condo in late Oct 2024. It has an excellent view of the beach. It's very clean and well stocked. Elaine was great to work with. She responded to our questions very promptly and gave us detailed instructions on check-in/ check-out procedures. Elaine made us feel like she is very appreciative of her renters. Just prior to our trip Florida was hit by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Elaine kept us updated on the condition of the condo and Marco Island. ...

"The place was nice, but it’s located in the beach area with NO beach stuff. Chairs, cooler, beach buggy where no where to be found. It was very frustrating to pay that amount of money with no beach supplies. We had to purchase the stuff and then give it all away when we left. It was a big expense that we should have not had to pay. We were also a little freaked out with the camera outside the door."

"We came down to Marco Island for a short birthday get-a-way. Location was great, right on the water. We watched dolphins every morning from our balcony. Sunsets are spectacular! Close to many excursions and restaurants. Restaurant/bar on-site was an added bonus! Barbara was very responsive and the condo staff was nice and welcoming. Can’t wait to visit again!"

"We loved this property; it's beautiful. It worked great for our party of 5 (2 Adults & 3 Teens). The kitchen is amazing; all amenities etc. Our trip was cut short due to hurricane Milton and mandatory evacuation. We only stayed half of our planned trip; the owner has been great to work with resolving the unplanned circumstances. Highly recommend this condo and the host. Thank you! "

"Dustin is very responsive and made good local recommendations to restaurants. The beach chairs and carts were a nice touch. The balcony view had me out there every night listening to the ocean and enjoy a glass. Pickleball right across the street and a coffee shop and solid brunch in walking distance. Attached covered parking, lots of plusses here."

"I stayed at the condo with my 3 year old son for a week. The property owner was very cooperative from day one and throughout our trip ensuring we had everything we need. The location in my opinion is the best you can get on the island. Right on the south end of the beach with the best sunsets and beach. Room has everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. Sitting on the porch and watching sunsets was amazing. Condo is also in close proximity to many good restaurants, shops, and some kids...
