Interested in a poolside vacation in paradise? Book this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with great views on the gulf! This condo is tucked in the gated community of South Seas Club on Marco Island which is teeming with exclusive amenities like the large community pool (visible from the condo balcony) and private access to Tigertail Beach in addition to tropical tiki huts, charcoal grills, fitness center, and pickleball and tennis courts.

From the moment you cross the threshold into this luxury condo the natural light illuminates the open concept living and dining area through the near floor to ceiling windows. Immediately to the right of the entry foyer is the fully equipped extended kitchen with updated appliances and many extra tools and dishes to enjoy in your home away from home. Sip your morning cup at the elevated kitchen seating to be a part of the action or slip out onto the wrap around balcony just off the kitchen, and accessible from the main bedroom and main living area as well.

The dining area seats six and is the perfect spot to enjoy your company and the views over a home cooked meal or local take-out like Doreen's Cup of Joe. The kitchen and dining area flows effortlessly into the subtly beach themed living space. Lounge on the chase sofa to watch your favorite show or relax in one of the armchairs for family game night! This space opens directly onto the balcony with floor to ceiling sliding doors so you can easily step outside to enjoy the Florida sunsets. The balcony provides a variety of seating options to choose from so everyone can have their favorite spot.

The bedrooms, tucked down a short hallway, provide an abundance of privacy. The main bedroom features light carpeting, king-bed, glass-topped dresser, and balcony access. The ensuite bathroom highlights a walk-in shower with tiled walls and a granite countertop. Fall asleep watching TV, reading your latest beach read, or planning the next day's adventures with convenient and spacious bedside tables.

The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, perfect for additional family members. The wall mounted TV is perfect for a quiet night in, after a long day at the beach. The second bathroom is located just outside the second bedroom and includes a tub shower combo complete with sliding glass door.
Between the second-floor views and private beach access, there isn't a much better way to experience Marco Island's tropical living firsthand with this centrally located condo.

Great location for beach, restaurants, walks and pickleball.
Nice apartment and everything we needed for a two week stay. We loved the neighborhood and the pickleball community and courts. We were surprised that the beach is a 15 minute walk from the building. Water was not really visible from this unit due to mangroves. We would come back.

This condo was great for our two weeks. The new living room furniture was perfect. We loved the location and the complex. Note that you cannot see the water from this unit. Although it is beach front the mangrove prevent a view of the water. We loved the pickleball courts and the patience everyone showed us as newbies. Would come back.

Really nice!
The condo was beautiful and as described. Very clean and full kitchen. The grounds are very nice as well and the place was very easy to access. My only complaint would be the lack of some supplies (only one trash bag, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towel). There were a great amount of towels and linens. The beach chairs and wagon were a nice bonus. I would come back!

Excellent unit!!!!!
We have stayed at southseas several times and this unit was exceptional! Our check in process was great with the owners allowing us to come early which was so nice, Thank you again! The unit was updated and clean. Beds were very comfortable and the unit was very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We really loved the locker that had all the beach gear, wagon, chairs, etc. My family had a wonderful Christmas at Marco! My only suggestion is to have some washcloths stocked in the kitchen to wipe off counters throughout our stay. ....this was an exceptional unit and we will be back again for sure!!!!

Very good place to stay for adults
The hosts were helpful. The time was post hurricaine ian. The condo itself was as we saw on line when booking. There was a lot of repair on the grounds etc outside. Areas. Because of the hurricaine, there was not the normal things to do nearby, and worse further away. We were quite comfortable in the condo,at the pool,and on the beach. There was a warning by the state to stay out of the ocean at the time. None of this was of course the fault of the host or the condo group.

Beautiful property and amenities. Pool area very well maintained and monitored. Beach is nice, but be prepared, it is a bit of a walk to get there. Can't say enough about our hosts. Mark and Becky are awesome. They were very responsive to our needs and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property if you're going to Marco.

Initially the property was a little intimidating, with all the different keys/access codes. But we learned quickly, it was never a problem and we felt very safe on the property. The host was very responsive. The condo was beautiful, convenient and exactly as described. Will definitely return.

Beautiful condo and beach for a relaxing vacation!
Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this condo! The owners were incredibly helpful in planning our visit as it was our first trip to Marco Island. The condo was very clean and looked just like the pictures. It was a great view of the pool and sunsets from the balcony (and sunrises from the front balcony). The walk out to the beach wasn't bad- especially with the beach cart- our 4 year old and 6 year old looked forward to racing each other out there each day. The beach was very quiet/ not busy at all hours of the day. We didn't end up doing it, but it was nice that there were rental options for kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. within walking distance. The gym had plenty of equipment to get in a good workout (treadmills, ellipticals, cable machine, free weights, power tower, etc.) Plenty of restaurants and groceries were close by. My only disappointment was that with our young kids we weren't expecting so many rules at the pool (no toys/ diving sticks except between the hours of 11-12 and 4-5 and no food). We used the picnic tables close to the building and spent most of our time at the beach so not a problem, just FYI. If you're looking for a low key beach vacation- this is your spot! The condo also has everything you need if you want to cook your meals vs go out!
