This rare penthouse front unit with a large wraparound balcony boasts sleek, coastal decor and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the cool air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, fresh linens, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. We've got your beach days covered with essentials like beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, a cooler, and a beach buggy.

The Master Suite features a King Bed and a spacious closet, while the Guest Room is equipped with two twin beds and a closet. Both bedrooms are furnished with new furniture and provide access to a large private wrap-around balcony. Relax outside and take in the breathtaking sunset views over Marco Island's Crescent Beach. This unit will be ready December 1, 2024.

South Seas Community Amenities include a heated resort-style pool, pickleball and tennis courts, and a fitness center. Boat docks are available for rent, and there is ample covered, secure parking.
