The Space:
This newly renovated and professionally designed and decorated single-story pool home is located on the western side of Marco Island, close to the beach and all of Marco Island’s best restaurants and attractions. The Breakaway is modern and stylish, has a screened-in stunning pool with a spacious deck, comfortable beds and is fully stocked with supplies and amenities so all you have to do is relax and have fun in the tropical Florida sunshine!


ENTERTAINMENT: In addition to the amazing pool, we offer:
* 32” ArcadeUp Infinity Game Table (40+ Classic Games) that are fun for the whole family.
* 6 beach cruiser bikes (4 adult/2 Kids)
* HD 50” Smart TVs in the living room and two bedrooms.
* Beach ready! We provide beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels
* Propane BBQ grill
* The pool is heated year around (at no additional charge!)

WORK: If you are coming to work, we offer a comfortable dedicated workspace and high speed internet.

-Pet friendly! We welcome your pets for a low $100 pet fee per stay.

-Laundry room with full-size washer and dryer (detergent provided too!)

All bedrooms have new and super comfortable beds and pillows and high-quality linens

Guest Access:
You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. There is an electronic keypad on the front door that will provide access to the home. We will send you the code prior to arrival. Guests have private access to the entire home and property.

The Neighborhood:
The Breakaway is located in a residential neighborhood in western Marco Island. It is quiet family neighborhood close to many of Marco Island's best beaches, restaurants and attractions!!

Getting Around:
We are close to the beach, many popular attractions and several wonderful restaurants. However, most guests prefer to have a car during their stay. We recommend flying into Southwest Florida International Airport (41.2 miles / 66.3 kilometers) or Punta Gorda Airport (Florida) (69.8 miles / 112.3 kilometers), if possible.

We are not on site, but our team is always available to answer any questions you may have or address any issue that arises during your stay. We are here to make your stay perfect!
