"We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. From the ferry, we suggest you use mainly roads, rather than paths up the mountain if you have luggage. The walking paths have uneven steps and are quite quaint when just going for a stroll. We felt welcomed the moment we walked into this homelike hotel. "A beautiful and tranquil b&b. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. It is very hard to get to by public transport if you are hoping to explore lake como but we were picked up from the station and lent bicycles for our stay which was so helpful and made a really nice addition to our holiday (we definitely felt silly for not researching the transport enough before). We will definitely come back! "

"We very rarely pay and upcharge for a room with a view since we generally just use our hotel room for sleeping. We are so glad we paid for a view. Our room looked out onto Lake Como with the Alps as a backdrop. Spectacular. The hotel is a short 10 minute drive down the hills to Bellagio. Tati even provided a local map and a guidebook they’d put together of what was available in the area and what to do. Incredible stay

"This was the best hotel stay I've ever had in terms of service. I contacted the hotel to ask whether we could store our luggage before we checked in, as we didn't want to carry them all day around the towns in Lake Como. Francesca not only allowed us to store the bags in our room early, but also gave us the key as the room was ready by 9:30am. She even picked us up from the train station in Bellano and gave us a lift to the hotel! Manuela made us coffee before we set out for the day, and insisted we eat some breakfast before we head out. The staff were so kind and friendly, and the hotel itself is incredibly beautiful. Our room was authentically Italian and the bathroom was clean and beautiful. The hotel is very peaceful, and the view of the lake from our window was stunning. The only negative was that the hot tub was not working, as we were looking forward to enjoying it while taking in the views of the lake, but this minor inconvenience was more than made up for by how far above and beyond Francesca and Manuela went for us."
