"Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um die Hälfte von einem alten Gebäude. Es wurde renoviert, wenn auch nicht immer durchdacht. In der anderen Haushälfte wohnt eine Familie mir Kindern. Das Haus ist Teil von einem Weiler und im Grünen (Haselnüssen und Landwirtschaft). Die anderen Häuse des Weilers sind jedoch neu und zum Teil noch im Rohbau. Wir hatten keine Bautätigkeiten. "Massimo was a pleasure to deal with from my first inquiry through to the end of the stay. The house is very homely and rustic with all the amenities you could need. We explored the region during our stay and were very happy with the location. The views from the property are spectacular and the veranda and outdoor space were the perfect place to relax. "We have just enjoyed a most wonderful month at the Cornale property in Magliano Alfieri. The property was well disposed and allowed us to enjoy a three generation stay for some of our visit without feeling any pressure on the space. "Gabriela was such a wonderful hostess! She made (and cancelled, if needed) great places for us to enjoy food and wine. The house had everything we needed for our 4-night visit. Gabriela even taught us to use the stove-top coffee maker. She provided what we needed for breakfast and even gifted us a beautiful bottle of sparkling wine, the Alta Langa. We certainly hope to stay here again in the future!"

"We stayed for just one night with our 5 adult children. The communication with Simone and Marco was excellent, check in/out was very easy. Everything we needed (kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms) was supplied. Each room had its own AC unit which made it very comfortable in the summer heat. I wish we were there for more than one night!"

"We reserved, paid for, and had confirmed a two night stay at this property. When we arrived, the host/property owner shared that the property had been double booked and that we would be able to stay in the apartment the second night only. They did provide another property for the first night instead. It was not as nice, it was not as spacious, and no expansive terrace with the beautiful view. We also then had to move to the new apartment after the first night which took time out of our vacation....
