"Avoid this hotel. The customer service is atrocious and you do NOT get free breakfast as promised. You don’t get any breakfast at all! And the staff lied when we complained and claimed they had provided it. Bathroom is dirty and old fashioned with leaking pipes. Only positives are the room itself and the location is good. "

"I booked this hotel from expedia for my wife and sister in law arrived from canada for a short trip to islamabad. First i will write the worst part. The room quality was very average or below the standard. The elevator had issues so they shifted the family to centaurus suite which was more pathetic and shower ,iron, furniture was pathetic.
