"Just what we wanted "

"Beautiful buildings, the whole resort has a sort of nordic feel to it with the slate roof and white walls. The gardens are manicured to perfection. I love the restaurant and food options. Kids loved the pool. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only have 2 negatives... we stayed in a single/queen room and the beds were very hard, also no microwave or food heating faciities. Just a kettle. "

"This property is so quaint and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here. The smell is so reminiscent of my grandmother’s house which is so nostalgic and sweet. The room was lovely with daily housekeeping. We also enjoyed the spa bath. Such a great modern addition to an antique looking home. What made me love this place even more is their staff. They’re such lovely people. I appreciate their kindness, especially when I reported the two wine glasses we accidentally broke. I offered to pay them but they refused and warmly assured us. I couldn’t thank them enough. I can’t wait to be back here again. 💖"

"We had a lovely time at Higgins Lane for 4nights in November. Firstly it is a great location,within walking distance to restaurants,pubs and shopping. Secondly the staff is very accommodating and very friendly. There were a couple of things needing replacing in the room and it was seen to quickly with no issues. Thirdly the room itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfy ,bathroom very clean and having the use of kitchenette facilities made our stay very enjoyable. Booking an accommodation site unseen from Canada can be nerve wracking but we had no worries and would recommend this motel without hesitation. Also the Wifi was excellent too. "

"This property far exceeded our expectations. The website was a bit busy and hard to get a true feel for what to expect, but boy did it deliver. We didn't realize when we checked in that we were speaking to one of the new owners. She was so helpful and gave us excellent customer service. Our Room was amazing. Very comfortable bed and spacious living and relaxing area. Huge bathroom with a jetted tub that we didn't find time to enjoy. Easy walking distance to town and right next door to a highly rated Microbrewery (didn't get to sample it, but was very busy). Only very slight negative is that breakfast didn't start until 8:30 AM. As a very early riser, I've usually had my breakfast by 7 to 7:30 and started my day. When we get back to Margaret River, this will be our first choice if we're lucky enough to get a room here."
