This apartment offers spacious self contained accommodation, in a modern 2 storey layout, with garden views. Located in the Margarets Forest Holiday Apartments complex, on the main street of Margaret River directly opposite the famous Margaret River Bakery.
The property is tucked away amongst beautiful trees, perfect for couples looking for a romantic escape, a small family or a group of friends wanting all the creature comforts of home with a relaxed feel.
The Space
Upstairs is an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge room. The living area has reverse cycle air-conditioning and the room opens out onto a balcony which overlooks the complex grassed area with tall trees and native forest beyond.

Downstairs you’ll find the two bedrooms, sleeping up to 5 guests comfortably. The front bedroom has a king bed, the back bedroom has one queen bed plus a single bed. There is a bathroom with bathtub, vanity and seperate shower. The toilet is seperate in a powder-room.
Upstairs there is a small laundry room with washing machine and a 2nd toilet in a powder-room. There is a parking bay for one car out the front of the apartment.
Located right in the heart of town, you are walking distance to all of towns main amenities: Breakfast at the bakery, wander the river walk trails, afternoon beer at The Brewhouse and a delicious pizza at Swings & Roundabouts - now that’s what holidays down south are all about! Plus you are just a 10min drive to the coast where you’ll find amazing beaches and surf breaks - it’s all possible while on holidays at Oceanhaus.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.
