The home itself sleeps 6 comfortably with a downstairs Queen bedroom and the third bedroom that offers 2 single beds and a large flat screen TV. The master bedroom is on the mezzanine level accessed via a beautifully designed spiral staircase. It has a luxurious private area with a Queen bed and ensuite. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, inverter microwave, dishwasher, pantry, oven and Breville nespresso coffee machine. There is a large Samsung smart TV (netflix enabled), Stereo sound dock and Wifi with unlimited data plus a selection of games and DVDs. Need a work station while you are away? There is a handy desk area and stool with a monitor and keyboard to connect your laptop to and work away.
The Pot belly fireplace warms the house in winter while the summer cross breezes efficiently cool in the hotter months. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the main living area. Full laundry facilities are at hand with a washing machine and separate dryer or theres a clothes line out back for wet bathers and beach towels.

The bins are collected on Thursday morning. Please make sure the bins are ready by the side of the road on a Wednesday night.
Properties are professionally cleaned prior to your booking but please note that prior to your departure you are required to:
Put all furniture back in original positions
All dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back in their appropriate places.
All food and rubbish removed and put in the external bins.
BBQ gas turned off after use.
Ovens – food removed and wiped.
