"This is a very unique property in that you check yourself in through a machine and locate your room by yourself. There is a communal dining area where you can prepare your own food. We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! It is very unique. The service was outstanding!"

"The owner was very good at communicating, although I only gave a 3 for accuracy of the listing because it stated there was a washing machine but one was not available. We were on a 3 week vacation so we were hoping to do some washing. However the kitchen was very well set up with an abundance of coffee and tea. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. I would recommend this property."

"The view is spectacular!! Our kids thought the place was amazing and we also enjoyed it. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. It's a little tricky to get to; but that was likely due to us not being from Germany/the area/understanding how the roads work. Once we understood how to get to it, it was a breeze to come and go. "We had some difficulty finding the apartment since GPS showed the location as the house to the left of the actually property. A picture in the listing to show the house from the road may help. The apartment is well stocked and very clean. We were very happy with our stay, enjoying the peaceful area, We visited Trier and Luxembourg which were a short drive away. Gisela was very pleasant and helpful. We were able to overcome the communications barrier with my limited German! Thank you"

"Visited Piesport for the first time during our trip around Germany and it was absolutely stunning! This home is perfect for a small family or couples traveling together. The beds are comfortable. The the home is beautiful and clean. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming and prompt to assist when needed. We enjoyed walked along the river and eating at the local restaurants. The restaurant was too full for us at 9.00 on Saturday morning . We loaded up a tray which we took to our room but there were tables available, just not cleared."
