"This hotel is mediocre in every aspect. A facility that does not give value for money. The rooms look like ruins. There is no iron on the upper bunk bed, the safety deposit box is scrap, the cabinets are scattered. You cannot see a relevant official at the facility. "The hotel stay was very convenient on my way to Bolzano only less than an hour. It was an excellent choice and easy reach from the A22 Motorway. I ran to the hotel first to check that my French Bulldog companion was also welcomed to stay, so no surprises there just a friendly lady welcomed us both, great! The gentleman in hotel was very helpful and kind. We had a lovely walk with my dog down to the lake too. The room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay only minus on my point of view...

"This is a very dated property. The trees are over grown. The lobby is dingy and feels very out of date. The flower boxes were all unwatered and dead. The breakfast service was quite limited and focused on doughnuts. The room had out of date linens and had electrical outlets falling off the wall. Unless you are desparate, there ar probably better places to stay like the Hotel Canada on the opposite side of town. "
