"This is a really superb place to stay. From booking to leaving everything was perfect. Shirley and Kevin were so helpful and being collected and returned from and to the airport a real bonus. "The location is fantastic with great views. Close to bars & cafes but still in a peaceful area. Beach is right outside the apartment building. There is a car park to the rear. Host and caretaker replied and sorted any issues promptly. We stayed with grandparents and children, six people in total. Only small issue, could do with a bit more storage. But we got round this. Will be staying again in the future."

"10/10. Apartment was lovely. Amazing view over Benidorm. The balcony outside was great- ran the whole way down the side of the apartment so lots of space to hang towels as well as sit outside to enjoy the view. The apartment was clean and fresh with everything you need but no unwanted clutter. The air conditioning and ceiling fans keep every room cool and comfortable. "Our third year staying at this apartment. It's located within easy walking to the centre of Villa and also to the beach, supermarket, tram station. The apartment is well equipped. It's bright and has a lovely balcony in a quiet residential area (with private parking), but you don't need a car as the tram and bus service is very good. Pedro is an excellent host and looked after us during our stay. We enjoyed our stay so much, we have already booked for next year. "
