"The apartment was further from the front of Viareggio than we normally rent, but this position proved advantageous due the parking availability outside the property. We struggled initially on arrival as the gate was shut tight, and we weren't aware of the release button on the back of the gate, but everything else was as expected. "This accomodation was super clean and beds were comfortable. Easy check in and great communication. Well designed and styled, loved the window looking out the bedroom. This is in a perfect location, so close to everything needed from restaurants, cafes, to all La Spezia sight seeing has to offer. Short walk to train ride if interested in going to Cinque Terra, Monterosso was the best one we thought. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment and I would most definitely stay here again....

"Nice, convenient, organized! A little tough to find, but once you are there it is an easy destination to get to in a town that isn't easy to get around. Apt to train is literally 5 minutrs!!!"

"Das Apartment war in gutem Zustand und in guter Lage. Der Bahnhof konnte mühelos fußläufig erreicht werden - sehr gut, um an die Cinque Terre zu kommen. Ein besonderes Lob möchte ich an die Vermieter/Betreuer richten. Hier wurde uns in einer schwierigen Situation mit sehr viel Einsatz geholfen. Top und empfehlenswert!"

"Fantastic apartment, has everything you need and is very spacious. The apartment is in a courtyard that has many coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. There is a grocery store literally 20 seconds out the front door. There is a large alleyway that goes all the way to the train station (15 minutes), that has every kind of store you need and has fabulous shopping."

"We really enjoyed our stay, right from the start we where made welcome. The surrounding views at the pool are excellent. The apartment is exactly as described and we found it nice and cool. The rear exit door to the road was an advantage for getting to the supermarket and for walks. Plenty of nice villages around to explore within walking or short drives. "Lejligheden er centralt beliggende. Og dejligt med terrasse. Lejligheden er MEGET sparsomt indrettet. Sovesofa i køkkenet er ikke komfortabel, man sover i en 45 graders vinkel…. Der burde være rengøring, når man har 6 overnatninger, der er 2 håndklæder pr. Person til 6 dage. Ingen vaskemaskine eller opvaskemaskine. "
