"The property is in a great location, a minute walk from the main Piazza. Traditional building restored to a great standard combining modern amenities with traditional features. Hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Continental breakfast was excellent. We will most definitely be back and recommend this B&B."

"Die Besitzer geben sich sehr viel Mühe. Sig. Biagio stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Zimmer mit Klima und Kühlschrank mit eigener Terasse ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Hotel website is misleading - we booked Deluxe room but was allocated room 904 which is indicated on website as cheaper Superior room, there was no view of St Matthew hill as claimed, the room was noisy (ac/heating and next door shower) not silent as claimed. Laundry service was also not available over the Easter holiday weekend. En-suite had wc flush leak and damaged shower enclosure that were not fixed during our stay. Issues were raised but...

Yes came the reply, “what time” I asked, “I don’t know, 7.00, 7.30, no - 8.00” Are there any restaurants nearby the are open at 6.30 to 7.00 - “I don’t know” Are there any in Pozzallo? - “yes, but don’t know any of them” Room was dark and unwelcoming. Facilities on offer are bettered by most guest houses and simple bed and breakfasts. Never is this a 3 star hotel - avoid - you have been warned."

We were late to check in but there was good communication with the representative who very kindly waited for us (for a fee for late check in after 8pm). They were also very kind and allowed us to leave our suitcases at their office for the day whilst we e loved Scicli which was and chanting little town."
