"The Capri Inn is a lovely 'room with breakfast'. Great view of the ocean and marina. Far enough from the marina to not be noisy at night but within easy walking distance of this and the funicular to go to the Old Town. The lady who checked us in was lovely and gave us all the information we needed including restaurant recommendations which we perfect. One thing - and the Capri Inn pre warns you about this.
