Nice place!
Should not charge more for additional people on 3 bedroom unless it hits 6 people on 3 bedroom house. Other than that loved place. Clean, no WiFi, phone service is very low unless standing outside. Driveway is sloped. View is awesome from deck.

Amazing
We had an amazing time during our visit. The cabin was perfect for us. We left after a week completely relaxed. We fished, did some sightseeing, side by side (ATV) and horseback riding all within a short distance of the cabin. Deer pretty much every night outside the cabin. We loved it!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Lots of room, pretty woods in back
Positives: Lots of room, pretty lot on top of hill. Big kitchen. All bedrooms, kitchen and living room were large. Convenient to downtown restaurants and Theatre. Negatives: No dishwasher, toilets were dirty, have to drive thru a very poor unkempt neighborhood to get to property. Carpet seemed dirty. Very basic TV stations.

Wonderful…as usual!
Always has everything we need. Because we’ve stayed here so much I did not read the listing and there was a change in that there is no WiFi but we made due with our personal hotspot so no worries! Another visit, another great long weekend!

Everything was perfect!
My husband and I purchased tickets to see Rhonda Vincent at the Lincoln Theater in Marion about a month ago. So we were on the hunt for a place to stay. We enjoy staying in houses/ cabins rather than hotels because we like to cook, sit by the fire and just enjoy ourselves. So when we found this place we thought it fit the bill. When we arrived Wednesday evening it really was perfect. Everything, bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms and living room, were spotless. The fire pit was exactly as described. We enjoyed cooking out meals over the fire pit, sitting by the fire and also the nightly visit from 2 beautiful deer. If we ever want to catch a show at the Lincoln Theater again, we will surely stay here. It was only 9 minutes from the Theater and 11 from the grocery stores. Very convenient. Overall a fabulous trip that I would recommend to anyone!

The property was good for my parents and I to stay at instead of a hotel. The rental had most normal things, but no iron. Unfortunately, the sheets were not changed prior to our arrival and were absolutely filthy with excessive amounts of hair. We were able to find additional clean sheets to replace them with. The master bath was also quite dirty. Communication with the owner prior to our arrival was great, but communication after letting the owner know of our findings was nonexistent. Overall, pretty disappointed in the fact that we paid a hefty cleaning fee for a property that was not clean.

Good Base Camp
We chose this property to have access to the outdoor amenities around Marion. It was very clean, well furnished (although could use some bowls) and Weldon and Brenda greeted us to show us around which was very nice and helpful. Great access to all of the outdoors.

Beautiful cabin
The property owners were very, very nice. They stayed up to let us in at 10:45pm. The cabin is very nice as well, and well equipped. They even left us snacks, coffee and more. The King bed was super comfortable. My friend slept in both of the queen beds and thought the plastic cover was a little annoying. The view was beautiful! My only complaint I would have would be that it was listed with WiFi. When arrived we were told it was not working. We said it wouldn’t be a problem if we had good phone service. Unfortunately, we did not have good service (Verizon). So, we didn’t get much work done at the cabin and had to go into town to do it. We enjoyed our time here. One word of advice....do not eat at the Hardee’s in town. We were appalled at the rudeness of the people working there! Enjoy your trip to Marion!
