The pool was closed down there was a bag wrapped around the smoke detector in the room the jetted tub did not work properly and the faucet to it was leaking the walls were scraped up need painted over and the furniture in the room the one chair had all kinds stains on the furniture the pillows that they give you was just tiny and thin we had asked for more pills to even make it work and I give one towel per person

Staff was friendly. Didn't stay though, there were cockroaches in the room on the 3rd floor. the curtain rod was broken and the curtains wouldn't close all the way. This is not acceptable to me, we had not unpacked anything so we put our shoes back on picked up our things and left 2 hours after checking into the room. Turned the key in at the front desk on the way out and told the man we could not stay due to there being cockroaches in the room. We will never stay or attempt to stay at that hotel ever again. We drove to Indianapolis and got a much better room there!

We stayed here 20 years ago and the place was very nice - clean; good breakfast. Everything just seemed worn down - tears in furniture, sparse foods available for breakfast, room had stains in tub, couch, etc., floor not swept.

This property should have posted on their website that their pool was closed, per the board of health for over 3 months. The worst part was waking up to cockroaches crawling up the wall in the middle of the night.. This didn’t just happen to me, but several others checking out early for the same reason. Sadly, when this concern was brought to the attention of staff, I was met with nothing more than a blank stare. Not even an apology. The outdoor gazebo space was nothing more than a graveyard of broken down hotel furniture. I’ll never stay there again.

I would like to start by saying that the staff was very friendly and they seem to be trying to do their best but this hotel was a huge disappointment. There is a beautiful photo of a pool, on their website, but there is a notice from the health dept. for immediate closure dated 6/25/2024 and today is 09/29/2024. The smoke detector in our room is fully covered in masking tape, the tv screen has big bright blotches within the screen. There are derelict vehicles in the parking lot with flat tires, broken windows, etc. The breakfast isn't great but they at least offered yogurt and mandarin oranges so that was okay. I will say that the bed was very comfortable and the shower had nice pressure and ample hot water. Unfortunately, the towels were quite damp so I guess they hadn't been dried properly, hopefully they were fresh and hadn't just been used previously and refolded. It needs updating, the whole property is getting worn out.

Our toilet was clogged upon arrival - the front desk associate handed us a used plunger to fix the problem. It didn’t work and they did not service the restroom while we were there so we were unable to use the restroom in our room. Very unprofessional. Lack of supplies in room

This property was the worst i have ever stayed at. Not only was it not cleaned at all, had no smoke detector, had a smell to the room but also unfisnished work on walls and ceilings. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was dirty. The microwave did not work. The side door to the hotel did not have a lock. There were many people who appeared to be living in this hotel. And many broke down vehicles in the lot.

I recently stayed at the BlissPointe Inn, and it was a disappointing experience. As you enter the doors downstairs there is a moldy smell. The rooms were outdated and had a musty odor. We actually changed rooms 3 times, because of mold and cigarette smoke. The bed was uncomfortable.The bathroom had mold and stains on the walls. I tried to use Lysol Spray and Clorox wipes as much as I could. The staff seemed indifferent towards the state of the property. The towels were dingy and the staff always had an excuse as to why we could never get wash cloths. Unfortunately we were unable to find a room elsewhere because this was a busy season. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I actually believe that the local health department should do an inspection because they may have several violations. The property has great potential, unfortunately it seems that the owners are not able to keep up with the demand.

We arrived and the towels were still dirty in the room. Walls were dirty, mirrors were not clean and there was hair on the floor of the bathroom. It also had a terrible smell. Then last night police were outside due to some domestic issue. Do not stay here. Not worth it!!!

Worst hotel ive ever stayed in. First assigned rooms hinges on door were broken, wouldnt lock and killed 3 huge spiders before calling management. They changed our room. Remote to tv didn't work, sink faucet had no water pressure, tub ess dirty, no coffee pot, no ice macine, doors on dresser fell off after opening them. Pool was out of order, breakfast consisted of cold cereal and bananas

I wish I could attach pictures to this review. We booked this hotel so the family could swim. Of course the pool had been down for quite some time with the city needing to come in to sign off on the condition before it opens. The room itself had brown stains on the headboard, the baseboard in the bathroom was rotted through and the keycard door didn’t latch properly. We felt unsafe and when we tried to switch rooms-we were told they were completely booked. 0/10
