We could not stay one night in this property, had to book a motel elsewhere. "

"A very relaxing stay for our family and doggo. Lots of space, comfortable room and a lovely kitchen. Had everything we needed except for a hairdryer but everything else was thought of and catered for. We would definitely stay again. Rick was responsive and made the experience very easy."

"Overall the house was satisfying. Only the price was a bit expensive. It was stated maximum of 12 person sleeps. We have paid the house base on what have been stated online. When i declare that we will be 11+1 infant, there were additional $800++ extra to pay. I have contacted the host & he said the price is based on how many people were staying. So im a bit confused as it was stated for 12person stay. I thought that the price was based on per house per stay but it based on per person per stay."

"We had a lovely stay at Zankersfarm. We got to see chickens, pigs, cows, pick garlic flowers, and learn a little bit about sustainable farming from our amazing host Tracy. She’s so passionate about what she does and we’ve had a lovely time chatting with her. We also got to meet a Jack Russel named Jack who tried sneaking into the tiny house a couple of times. "Our kids were playing a tennis tournament at Shepparton Lawn Tennis Club and the location of the apartment was therefore ideal. Having three toilets and two showers was also very convenient given we had three tennis players (including two teenagers) travelling with us. We would have loved to have a little more cookware to prepare our own meals but the accommodation was otherwise tidy, neat and as described in the ad."

"Our booking for this property was made in February 2024, on the morning of our check in after attempting to find out where to collect our key, we were notified that this property was double booked. We had soccer competitions this weekend and everything Shepparton was booked out. No notification in advance, no email and no call. Absolutely terrible!"

"This property needs a lot of maintenance. The carpets were terrible, all worn and bubbling, it felt like there was no underlay underneath the carpet. There was paint peeling from the walls and the whole place needs a good clean and repainting. The unit next door had nice floor boards and was much nicer. The soap dispensers in the showers are tacky. The kitchen was dirty, the cupboards needed wiping and the glass ware dirty. There was only one wine glass in the cupboard. The only good thing...
