The home features a large living room with a wood fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room that seats 8. There are three bedrooms, two bathroom. The master suite bedroom has a king-size bed,a living space plus work space, private access to patio with big empty land that have wildlife such as Turkeys and deers visit property all the time!

The backyard is perfect for entertaining with a large patio, a barbecue grill. There is also a hot tub for soaking your cares away after a long day of exploring the park.

The home is located in a quiet, secluded neighborhood just a short drive from Yosemite National Park. the park's Have many hiking trails, waterfalls, and stunning scenery.

House Rules:
- Maximum guests is 6 guests, but this home is comfortable for up to 8 guests ( extra guests after 6 is $50 per person, per night).
-More than 6 guests must get confirmed by host to approve (extra fee will be add later)
-Maximum pets is 2 (under 30 lb). Pet fee is $50 per pet per stay. Pets must be added on prior to arrival or you will be charged.
-Non smoking.
-No outdoor fires at all times.
-No glassware in or on hot tub at all time (fine can be up to $1000 if broken glass in hot tub)

Please note : We are not providing fireplace starter (kit), We have logs in the backyard of property that sitting outdoors underneath traps that is free help yourself as no cost. If you not familiar with starting the fireplace you are welcome to bring your own preference starter kit, logs.

A Serene Nature Retreat near Yosemite
My stay at this beautiful house nestled right in the backyard of Yosemite was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking nature surrounding the property. It was like stepping into a serene paradise with wildlife at my doorstep. The proximity to Yosemite meant that I could easily explore the park, yet return to a tranquil haven at the end of the day. The abundance of wildlife was a constant source of wonder, with deer, wild turkeys, frogs, and a variety of birds creating symphony that never got old. One of the things that impressed me the most was the peacefulness of the area, coupled with a warm neighborhood atmosphere. It was so nice being away from the crowds but still feeling connected to a friendly neighborhood. Inside, the house exceeded all my expectations. The interior was tastefully decorated and furnished, creating a lovely atmosphere. The spaciousness of the rooms allowed for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. It was clear that the hosts had taken great care to ensure every detail was thoughtfully considered, especially when it came to cooking equipment & appliances. Speaking of the hosts, they were great! From the moment I made my reservation, they were incredibly responsive and friendly. Their genuine care and attention made me feel valued and supported throughout my entire stay. They went above and beyond when I needed to stay a bit longer, and ensured I had everything I needed and more. Until next time! :)

Mid-Century Ranch Getaway
We stayed here for one weekend for my son’s 20th birthday. Hot tub was great after a hike in Yosemite. It’s a drive to Yosemite…but a pretty one! Plenty of cooking tools, smart TVs, and the boys loved the pool table. Hard a hard time figuring out the Nest A/C, but it worked! Went to the store in Oakhurst on our way in. Look out for turkeys, squirrels, and many, many beautiful birds. It’s a good spot if you have younger kids too. Our kids are all between 17-21.On a clear night, you can see all the stars! Very quiet neighborhood. Not too much trouble to check out .Go for it!

Nature lovers haven
The house is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The water pressure was great. The neighborhood is very quite and we feel very safe staying there. I loved having coffee on the back porch in the morning, hearing the birds and the turkeys singing. We saw humming birds, family of turkeys every morning.
