Situated in The Sierra Foothills, this beautifully located property and home borders the Sierra National Forest on the North and East side, is conveniently located between the towns of Oakhurst and Mariposa and is approximately 45 miles from Yosemite National Park. At approximately 3500 ft elevation this 2 bdrm, 2 bath home sits on 7.93 acres with a seasonal creek that traverses the property.
