It’s alright… but Not the greatest. Appreciating it’s a massive complex but the whole place looks and feels a bit tired. 50 years old this year… and you can tell. Check in is painful and for some reason seems to take an age. We stayed in one of the family bungalow suites up the mountain side. Concierge service with buggies to get you up and down thank god. The room was ok but… as I say… in need of a refurb. Aircon in the room defo needs a re-gas or service. Had trouble getting to sleep some nights as it was still pretty hot in the room. Had an “American” style breakfast included… lots to choose from. Staff could defo do with cheering up a bit… not many smiles knocking around. Overall… I’d give it 6 out of 10.

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location with easy access to the old town and other attractions. The beachfront location and fantastic pools plus the added bonus of the lazy river all make for a fantastic holiday. The staff go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We have been coming here for over 20 years and we keep coming back because we know we will always have the most wonderful time!! I can highly recommend this hotel .

What can i say about Esperos Village. This is the 5th time ive stayed here. The service has been excellent every time, from the reception and all the lovely ladies greeting us, to the rooms, the facilities are top notch. Generally, i would recommend this stunning hotel if you want some peace and quiet with a pinch of style. Well done to all at the hotel and the management for making out trip a memorable one. Keep up the great work x

Pools, entertainment and staff were excellent. Watersides and carousel were great. Drinks undrinkable and food was VERY repetitive but available constantly. Never had to worry about our children going hungry or being board.
