"Lovely house. Clean, large house, rural location. Fab hot tub and pool. Big enough for our 9 teenagers/adults. We had a great time. Only very minor disadvantages such as lack of tea towels, could do with a bit more light above hot tub and doors sticking. We would highly recommend here though."

"What I particularly liked and the primary reason I booked a stay at this B&B was the proximity to the village of Spridlington. A 3 mile country road walk to the church where some of My ancestors are buried. The bonus was how welcoming the hosts were providing a hardy breakfast each morning and friendly chats. The en suite room was very comfortable and quiet."

"Lovely spacious double room. With the added bonus of a small kitchenette. Good size shower and strong shower spray. Very friendly staff, owner is the breakfast chef and the breakfast was excellent. Had steak on our 1st night, i have to say its best steak I've had for a long time and with proper homemade chips. Village is small enough to wander around to walk with various sites to see. Would definitely recommend a stay here."
