"Ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit guter Anbindung zur Frankentherme. Abendbuffet recht gut. Leider war am letzten Tag eine sehr grosse (50 bis 100 Personen) zählende Kneipensportmanschaft (Dart) angereist die entsprechend weitgehend ungestört bis mindestens 1 Uhr nachts direkt am Hotel laut Krach gemacht haben. Die Polizei hat die laute Musik auf dem Nachbarparkplatz zwar ab 22:30 unterbunden dafür wurde dann aber am Hoteleingang laut geredet und gelacht, und der massive Zigarettenqualm kam im Zimmer 2....

"Perfect location en route to Austria as it is at the motorway service station. Check in is at the desk to the right of the service station restaurant. Everyone was very welcoming and the room was quiet and clean. Our room looked out over the fields at the back, you couldn’t tell it was so close to the motorway. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Nice posh hotel with really nice rooms, the Milka Chocolate bar upon checking in was a nice touch. Restaurant looked delicious, although we did not eat there. The only reason for the lower rating on comfort, was that the bad was rather stiff and quite uncomfortable, neither one of us slept well, but this is kind of personal preference. "

"The stay was comfortable and quiet. I did not use the spa, as I arrived pretty late for my one night stay, but the facility looked very inviting. My only less than stellar note to this property is the lack of an air conditioning system. It was a stuffy summer night and so I needed to have the window open. One or several of my neighbors had a smoking habit which seemed to keep them smoking outside their room all night and into the morning and that smoke consistently entered my room."

"Tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber und für Kinder schön gemacht. Man ist sofort drüben im Freizeitpark und kann auch den ganzen Tag über rein und raus spazieren. Für unseren Hund auch super, weil dem der Park ab und zu zuviel wurde. Einziges Problem: man durfte auch zum Be- und Entladen des Autos nicht an die Unterkunft fahren. Essen gut, Preis schon etwas teuer - man darf aber dafür billiger in den Feizeitpark rein."

"Our room was 100€ for the night but given the condition of the room, cracks in the walls and ceiling, screw holes in the wall where something had been taken down, mouldy shower head, dirt and mould around the shower screen door, it really was over priced. I also got little sleep as the pillow on my bed was so thin that even after folding it four times it wasn't as thick as the duvet, and there were no other pillows in the room."

"Would not stay there again. We were out the whole day and put the sign out to clean the room unfortunately this did not happen and when we came back at 8pm we asked for fresh towels but we’re out of luck . The owner or manager was not very friendly at all. No complimentary water but charged almost 5 euro for a bottle of water. We paid $100 per night without breakfast. Cannot recommended at all "
