"Great staff with attention to every detail. The owner is kind and truly seems to want everybody to enjoy their time in his hotel. The maître d’ watches over every meal very carefully, it is extremely knowledgeable about wine, and set a great tone. The staff was without exception extremely friendly and very good at what they were doing. Very pleasant atmosphere and good value! "Room was good and nice size. Some noise from the train. Food was ok but not great and at dinner on the salty side. Service in the restaurant was terrible. Everything took forever. One night we had a wine seminar in the hotel (organized by the owner) and we mentioned it twice to the staff but they were still late and we finished 20 minutes after official start. Insbesondere der direkte Zugang zur Wohnung hat uns super gefallen. Auch unser kleiner Vierbeiner hat sich im bereitgestellten Bettchen super wohl gefühlt."
