Friendly staff, but outdated room. The sink in the bathroom barely worked, balcony door could not be locked. No lighter for the stove, broom, toilet paper, hair dryer. Overall mediocre.

Sessizliği çok iyi odada mutfak olması avantaj fakat yastık ve çarşaflar kirliydi. Duş sıcak su geldi derken soğuk su geliyordu. Duş kabinin kapakları yok banyo felaket ıslanıyordu. Konum olarak avantajlı bir yer. Temiz ve bakımlı olsa belki en iyi yer olabilir. Üzgünüm gerçekten çok pis. Giderken extra havlu ve yastık kılıfı çarşaf götürün.

Konumu mükemmel bir yerde, feribot ile gelince 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde ulaştık. Kapıdan çıkınca iki dk da da sahile ulaşıyorsunuz. Marketler, plaj, gezilecek yerler her şey elinizin altında oluyor. Kaldığımız oda apart için oldukça iyiydi, mutfak malzemeleri de tamdı zaten eksik olanları istediğinizde hemen tedarik ediyorlar. Sahipleri çok güleryüzlü ve nezaketli insanlar, her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. İster ailenizle ister arkadaşlarınızla kalabileceğiniz çok nezih bir yer. Kaldığımız süre boyunca sesten ya da başka bir şeyden rahatsızlık duymadık. Alt kısmına şarap evi yapılmış orası da mükemmel olmuş, burada kalmasanız bile gelip görmeye, şaraplarını tatmaya değer. Adadaki diğer fabrikaya da gittik ama bize burası daha iyi geldi. Fiyatı da oldukça uygun. Avşadaki ilk tatilimizi mükemmel kıldıkları için kendilerine teşekkür ediyoruz.

Otelin konumu hem merkeze çok yakın hem de sakin bir sokakta. Bu sayede plaja ve ada ulaşımını sağlayan minibüslere yürüyerek ulaşabiliyor ama sahildeki yüksek sese maruz kalmıyorsunuz. İskele ve marketlere de çok yakın konumda. Oda ferah ve bakımlıydı. Mutfak gereçleri olması da konforumuzu biraz daha arttırdı. Tek eksi klima yoktu ama temmuz ayında ve yüksek sıcaklıkta olmamıza rağmen vantilatör iş gördü.

Sineklik eksik ve yataklardan biri sorunlu
Üç kişilik Deluxe odayı iki kişilik oda olmadığından iki arkadaş tuttuk. Değerlendirmek gerekirse: +Oda ferah ve genişti. +Odadaki mini buzdolabı çok iyi soğutuyordu mutfakta ilk gün bulaşık yıkamanıza gerek kalmayacak sayıda bardak tabak vs. vardı. +Otelde iletişim kurulan kişiler oldukça kibar. -En büyük eksiklik camda ve balkon kapısında sineklik olmamasıydı. Cam açarsanız içerisi sinek doluyor yatarken klima açmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. -Klimanın altında bir yatak vardı. Klima o yatağı ıslatıyordu o yüzden üç kişi kalsaydık sorun olabilirdi. -Yataklardan birinin bir tarafı çökmüş durumdaydı. Çarşaf değiştirilirken mutlaka farkedilmiştir ama dikkate alınmamış. Kısa süre tatil yaptığımız için bildirip uğraşmak istemedik. -Yataklardan birinden yastığın altından 4-5 tane kurt çıktı. Yatak ve çarşaflar bize göre temizdi ama biz gelmeden çarşaf değiştirildiyse nasıl kurt çıkıyor anlamadık.
