Tesis konumu itibariyle çok iyi , plaj ve deniz iyi ancak şemsiyeler gölge imkanı vermiyor ve şezlonglar rahatsız. tabi toprak yoldan ulaşım meselesinin çözümü gerekiyor ve otopark düzenlemesi. Tesis biraz bakımsız kalmış. Ve çok fazla dekoratif ve köhnemiş unsur biraz karmaşa yaratıyor. Çocuklu aileler için planlanmış … plajda çocuksuz aileler - çiftler için ayrı bir alan tasarlanabilir. Personel deneyimsiz - acemi. Kahvaltı yeterli ancak menü tarifesi yüzünden insanlar kahvaltılıkları stokluyorlar -(suları - meyveleri vs )daha makul restoran fiyatlaması ile denge sağlanabilir.
