"When booking this hotel, I was a bit afraid it would feel cold and too corporate. But the staff was so friendly and helpful and the interior of the building had genuinely historic, beautiful touches that were so pleasing. The breakfasts were lovely, and the beds were too hard for me (but this is common in Europe, I've found). Location is central to both the train station, plus shopping and main tourist sites. Would stay there again!"
