"Everything was good about the property with the exception the shower was draining slowly. I notified them the first day, and they sent a repairman. He told me it was fixed, but it still was not. They offered me another room, but I was too tired to move. That was the only negative about this hotel. The staff was very courteous but management should do quality checks frequently!"

Was given a replacement room on day 2 due to tv and AC not working, both of these worked in the new room without any further issue. Would definitely use hotel again. "

"Good location not too far from Medina and within walking distance of all major attractions and malls.Tbe bowling alley in tbe pictures is next to tbe hotel and not part of it.Good clean hotel but monotonous breakfast needs improvement."
