Great hotel, food and alcohol all good. Does get quiet at 12pm but around the corner from the main square. Was a solo traveler and it is more for couples but everyone’s friendly so no big deal. Recommend

Rundown hotel with dirty pool and mediocre breakfast. Reception (nr 2) tried to overcharge me double the price for a taxi to the airport. The rooms were clean, ac was stuck on 23c.

Again for that price you're not gonna get excellent service, but compared to others in the similar price range, this hotel beat out all its competitors. It's well located, with a good front desk service, the rooms are nice, with a little balcony area, water is clean, wifi works, and hotel has TV, serves breakfast (although not great), with a nice swimming pool that is well-lit at night. I give it an overall 4 stars, and I would stay there again if I ever go to Marrakech again.

Nice hotel in Gueliz

Very pleasant but dated hotel but great value and everything in the room worked perfectly. Breakfast was standard and plentiful and staff super efficient and friendly. Pool and relaxing area a bonus, just a lovely hotel close to restaurants with cuisines to suit any pocket. People have complained about the bars on this road being noisy! I found it perfectly bearable compared to other countries. All in all a gem.

On the check in day I found the staff rude and unhelpful. I was yelled at while trying to sort out my reservation Although the reservation said my room came with a balcony it did not. The staff said the balcony rooms were full. So they basically missold what they didn't have The surrounding was clean but the food was very touristy so I had to eat outside
