I booked this riad because it had good reviews. I just didn't expect the reviews to be so on point! The reviews said the owner, Mr Hamza was friendly and accommodating (even with his limited English), the breakfast was simple and lovely, the riad is not far from the square yet not disturbed by the noise, etc. We experienced all that and more! Right from the get-go, Mr Hamza, the owner of the Riad, was so friendly and accommodating. I had messaged the riad via the Expedia app regarding an airport pickup and he replied promptly with confirmation. Unfortunately we had missed our original flight and I got frantic trying to rearrange our scheduled airport pick-up. I called the riad to inform them of our predicament. Mr Hamza was so accomodating and helpful. He rearranged the pick-up for the new time and even called me when I landed to ensure I had arrived safely and that I had met the correct driver. He waited for us at the drop off point even though we arrived at 2am and escorted us to the Riad. The next morning, he even walked us to the square so that we wouldn't get lost. The Riad is less than 5 minutes away from the main square. It's like a quiet oasis away from the hussle and bustle. I have to admit, Mr Hamza and the staff made our stay extremely comfortable. The riad itself is simple and beautiful. Lovely breakfast. Amazing experience!

Mr Hamza is very warm and likable personality. He will make your stay comfort alle ad possible. Hamza was waitinfg for me at the nearest taxi rank to the Riad. As you may know Riads are usually not reachable by taxi. Have to walk through the narrow alleyways. The day I left he even served me the breakfast at 4am in the morning. Do not expect luxury of a hotel here, be ready to live like a Moroccan family. I really enjoyed the stay here Thank you Hamza

Host is very good! Helpful and friendly! He help us book the tour to Sahara and solve our problem! Breakfast is super nice and we enjoy it! Location is very good, near the city center and easy to reach the market! Room is clean and shower have a good pressure. Room is warm and the bed is very confront, we can get a good rest after we go to deserts! We highly recommend!

Chegamos em Marraquesh de madrugada,o transfer que reservamos com o Riad estava nos esperando no aeroporto conforme combinado. Fomos super bem recebidos pelo senhor Hamza proprietário, que mesmo de madrugada nos recebeu com um chá de menta e biscoitinhos deliciosos. No dia seguinte, o senhor Hamza nos mostrou o caminho da praça até o Riad, nos orientou e nos ajudou nos primeiros dias em Marraquesh. Foi muito importante pra nós essa ajuda. Café da manhã super caprichado e bem servido. Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa. Só agradeço,todo o carinho e atenção que ele teve comigo e com meu marido nos tratando como filhos.O Riad é simples, mas acolhedor, nos sentimos em casa. Obrigada ao Sr. Hamza que ficará em nossos corações.

El riad es súper tranquilo. Perfecto para desconectar después de una jornada por la agitadísima Marrakech. Los dueños son súper amables, muy simpáticos y están dispuestos a ayudarte en absolutamente todo. ¡Son encantadores!
