Leider hatte Tarek bei unserer Ankunft kein Zimmer frei - trotz vorgelegter Buchungsbestätigung. Wir mussten einige Tage in eine Ausweichunterkunft. Da diese teurer war, kassierte Tarik für den Gesamtaufenthalt pro Nacht fünf Euro mehr als in der Buchungsbestätigung ausgewiesen war. Bei unserem späteren Einzug im Riad Tarik wurde uns dann zuerst ein fensterloser Raum im Souterrain zugewiesen. Erst nachdem wir ihn damit konfrontiert hatten, dass wir statt des gebuchten Zimmers mit Blick über die Stadt einen fensterlosen Raum mit schlechter Beleuchtung erhalten sollten für einen weitaus höheren Preis, erklärte er, dass wir am nächsten Tag dann ein anderes Zimmer erhalten würden. Die in der Zimmerbeschreibung genannten Toilettenartikel waren nicht vorhanden, der Fön wurde erst auf Nachfrage herausgegeben. Einen Duschvorleger gab es nicht, pro Person war nur ein Handtuch verfügbar. Am Abend vor unserer Abreise baten uns neu eingezogene Reisende um Seife - die hatten sich scheinbar auch auf die Beschreibung verlassen. Insgesamt müsste das Haus dringend renoviert werden. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach: Brot, Margarine, Sirup, Kaffee.

Llegamos muy tarde sobre la 1:30 de la mañana y ahí estaba Tarik esperándonos, trato muy agradable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte. La habitación y el baño muy limpios. El riad tiene su encanto, los desayunos en la terraza que se puede contemplar las terrazas de marrakesch, desayuno abundante. Seguramente repetiremos

Perfect Riad in the heart of the city

We stayed in Riad Tarik for 5 days and it was a very pleasent experience. Tarik was waiting for us from the first moment and he took care of everything. He gave us any tip we needed for our trips and he was always willing to help us. Regarding the Riad, it was perfectly cleaned, conditioned, cozy and comfortable. Besides, the breakfast was GREAT. We highly recommend this Riad to any traveller who is interested to be in the city center, close to the locals and the medina. Very happy to have chosen this place to stay! Not impressed

You have to pay cash and they don't give out keys to the front door, so there are times when a worker isn't in and you get locked out. The rooms are cold and the bathrooms are a bit dirty with poorly draining showers that over flow into your room. The place is pretty loud too.

Ich könnte kaum an einen besseren Ort denken, wo man in Marrakech übernachten sollte. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstuck ausgezeichnet, das Zimmer bequem und sauber, Die Atmosphäre ruhig und traditionell. Und alles für einen guten Preis. Daumen Hoch!
