"I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are all so friendly and professional when you arrive and throughout your stay. The room was lovey, clean and a good size. There is soundproofing but you can hear small bits of traffic (e.g emergency services) as it is on a main road but this didn’t bother me at and all I slept very well still. "The property is well located, there is a bus station about five minutes walk from the property so if you take the X3 bus from the airport you you literally get off at the last stop Bugibba, and it cost only two euro. Not having a car was a huge bonus for me and bus stops are just along the road where you can get a bus where ever you want to go. "This was my first time to visit Malta and so happy that I stayed at Hyatt Regency over Christmas. The staff were amazing throughout and as a coeliac , took extra care with preparing gluten free sandwiches. My room was modern, clean had amazing views and the bed so very comfortable. There was a minor fault with the electrics in my room and it was fixed straight away and the next day a bottle of wine and chocolates were delivered to my room as an apology. The customer service at Hyatt Regency is top notch. I’ll definitely stay there on my next visit to Malta."
