"Had a wonderful interesting room overlooking the square. It was very lively as one could expect from a port city and easily walkable everywhere. Visited a fabulous lunch spot around the corner called Vert…very memorable and delicious! Enjoyed all the Christmas light as well. The museums are great too. Only downside is far too much ugly graffiti that makes neighborhoods look dirty and sad."

We didn't receive the VIP privilege we have been told we'll get during the reservation (a bottle of wine ). The property does not offer any coffee capsules, not even one per person. "Great location in the centre of town on the La Canebière and a few hundred meters to the harbour. I had some issues with external noise due to high winds being on the top floor that stopped me getting any sleep and an AC duct that fell in to the room but the staff were quick to rectify things and I was moved to another better room. Things happen, its the way the team responds that makes the difference."
