Courteous staff at check in, check out, and at breakfast. Nice indoor pool 5 ft max depth, open late which was nice. Plenty of towels. Hot tub was occupied by a couple of guys drinking beer and resetting the timer, so I didn't want to intrude. Breakfast had hot and cold options. Standard carb options. Hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, and mozerella stick options were available. Bed was comfortable, pillows were a bit small and lumpy. Toilet paper needs improvement. Set alarm to wake up in am, but would have been unnecessary as footsteps and vibrations from guest in room above us was extremely noticeable (glad they were sleeping before we checked in?).

We listened to our neighbors dog bark for 2 hours straight. Contacted the front desk after 30 minutes, and again after 2 hours, and then vacated. Probably more of a dog owners issue than hotel, but hotels that allow pets need to have better policies in place.

Decent hotel for the price. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We were placed in a room on the first floor, which was pretty noisy, especially in the mornings as they prepared breakfast.

The staff was welcoming and the breakfast was good for our family. Our room on the 2nd floor near the stairs (no elevators) was very musty smelling and the room was humid. I asked about changing rooms, and they said they are all the same due to the recent humid weather. There were mold spots on the vent of the a/c unit- which I cleaned off. I asked for a dehumidifier, and they did not any any. The room and lobby appeared recently renovated in most areas, but there were several drywall cracks, gaps in the bathroom tiles, and a new- but cracked, bathroom sink. One sheet of drywall above one of the beds had not been installed properly- or had fallen a bit and was sagging down about 1/2 inch.

Great family gathering place
Very convenient for all the out of state family to meet & stay together. Bathroom could've been a little cleaner, saw hair all over floor. Not enough lights in room for after dark (only had 3 low light lamps not bright enough). Very comfortable beds & fun to swim at.

Disappointing
It was fine till the maid decided to enter our room before we checked out. This is not acceptable. Surely she could have cleaned rooms of people who have checked out before letting herself into rooms that are still occupied. Yes, she knocked but she could not hear our reply from the bathroom.

Great place to stay !
We arrived early and when we inquired about checking in, the front desk graciously put us in our room. It was spacious, the bed was comfortable and we were excited to see it included a hot tub! The personnel were all very considerate. Breakfast was good but it did require some patience waiting on refills for the hot items. The hotel appeared clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Property and staff were great and so friendly. The only negative thing to say was the comfort of the beds for me personally..... other than that, wonderful place to stay
