"I’ve been in many 5 star hotel and unfortunately this is not one of them. It does look’s luxurious from the outside and around of property especially the garden area are fabulous. The inside rooms interior is outdated and I would rate as the 3+star ranking hotel. The pillows were terrible along with the mattress. Be aware that spa is optional at additional cost. "

"This is our second time staying here and once again an excellent stay. This time we took the dog and the hotel couldn’t do enough to help us. Dog bed and water bowl provided and a little treat every time we went to the reception. The rooms overlooking the city and river are unusual and well appointed. Definitely recommended for a stay in Bremen. "
