"The hotel was clean, quiet and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff were friendly and the room accommodations were very comfortable. The walls could use a fresh layer of paint to cover marks and scratches, but overall we were very pleased with the hotel. "

"My room was clean, but there were some problems. I had looked forward to using the jacuzzi in the room, but it was non-functional. I would have appreciated knowing that before I tried to use it. The heating register was incredibly noisy - I had to turn it of in order to sleep. On the bright side - breakfast was good and the front desk person, Jennifer, was amazing!"

"Hotel rooms nice but did not like that door that should have been locked at night to get into hotel did not lock because either door was broke or lock was broken. Next to a grocery store which was odd and a lot of fast food places."

"I expected a rough but genuine attempt at a Bavarian style getaway for our wedding anniversary, but was impressed to find it very much exceeded expectations. Our waiter for dinner(Robert) was amazing and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be returning! "
