"Everything was great. Fabrizio is a great host, the house is strategically located a few steps from the beach hence great for families with small children. One more plus is that you are very close to Porto Cesareo and its amenities."

"Angela and Ivan have a beautiful villa and we had a brilliant stay. The villa was spotless and new, the bedrooms are a great size and cleverly under the house so very cool in the summer months. Our children had lots of grass to run and play in, the pool was one of the best pools we have ever swum in and there are many places for relaxing all around the property. Angela communicated perfectly through Google Translate, and everything went so smoothly with check in and out. Highly recommended stay!"

Was notified that air conditioned was only in bedrooms and we had to pay on consumption. No where listed when we bought the stay!! Total disappointment!That was only arrival. Lost internet hot water and water service all in 2 days! Stinky water with bad smell was also a problem and all we got from host was how can help? When asked how to be compensated they advised this was a country experience! Not acceptable. Paid full price plus a/c for something I will not do again nor will recommend! Nightmare property!"

"Beautiful hotel. We had a room with a sea view. It was large and came with a fridge with complimentary drinks. They greet you with a welcome drink and sent us away with a regional bottle of wine. And, breakfast was spectacular with made to order selections."
