with a double bed and a living area with an open kitchenette.

the studio apartment you exit to a small inner courtyard, covered with a
canopy, furnished with a small table and chairs. Through the courtyard
is access to the studio's bathroom, with shower, toilet and sink.
The washing machine is located in the courtyard.

The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of Le Conchiglie Apartments, just 100 meters from the beach
and about 200 meters from the center of Campomarino di Maruggio, a
seaside resort in the Taranto Ionian arch where in summer there are all
the services.
The coast of Campomarino is characterized by
crystal clear, deep blue sea, along sandy beaches, coves and low and
accessible cliffs: a sea suitable for all ages.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The bathroom is external and does not have a bidet.
