Escape to the serene beauty of Pirate's Cove, a brand-new 2,000 sq. ft. waterfront home located in Fort Walton Beach / Mary Esther. Perfect for families, couples, and furry friends, this home offers the ideal getaway, with boat access right at your doorstep!

This spacious elevated single-story home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, offering ample space for up to 10 guests. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and a private en-suite bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed (sleeps 2), while the third has both a queen-size bed (sleeps 2) and a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The second full bathroom offers a convenient tub/shower combo. The expansive living area includes a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), ideal for lounging and entertaining.

Step outside to the large waterfront deck – perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. The deck leads down to a private boardwalk, a small beach area, and a boat dock, where you can enjoy direct access to the Sound. Kids and pets can safely play in the large, fully fenced backyard.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. We also provide linens, towels, and all the comforts of home.

Spend your days watching boats glide by and dolphins playfully surface as you relax on the deck, soaking in the tranquil waterscape. Pet-Friendly: Bring up to 2 dogs for an additional fee of $150 + tax per dog (approved dogs only). An addendum must be signed for each dog.

Boat Access: Boat docking is available for $40/day with a 20,000 lb. lift limit. Trailer parking is provided on the property. A signed boat addendum and proof of insurance and boat registration are required.
