"The hotel was really impressive, the rooms spacious and clean, the service meticulous. One small quibble - the refrigerator didn't seem able to keep things very cool. The neighborhood was not exactly pedestrian-friendly, but there were some shops and restaurants within walking distance, and for longer excursions the staff were able to summon taxis without too much trouble."

"We needed to change rooms after the first night. The first room had no hot water for the shower, one side of the bathroom sink faucet did not work. There were a number of lights that did not work also. The next morning we asked for another room which they gave us. We had hot water but the rain shower did not work. I know this sounds like I am being very picky but for an up scale hotel I expect better. "
