"All of the staff from the Reception area through to Dinning were always smiling, friendly and always at hand to help with anything or just a chat. The hotel has a great relaxed vibe which is a great credit to the staff. We found the location to be fabulous as walking along the coast one way took us towards Adeje and the other to Los Cristianos. So much yet to discover so will definitely be returning in the near future. Love the vide at the hotel, thank you for making our stay a wonderful...

The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!"

"Wonderful property, great location. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful with daily specials. The only thing that disappointed us was the daily charge at the gym of €6. We are both well travelled and that was our first time asked to pay for the use of the gym. The classes were offered free, when usually incur a surcharge, made no sense to us. Also, it’ll be lovely if there was some music playing around the pool, at least for some part of the day."

"We had a short break here in February. The accommodation met our needs but did feel that it could do with upgrading. Location was great and it was nice to be away from the main coastal areas. The pool area was lovely and there were plenty of sun loungers available. Reception staff always friendly and welcoming and were very helpful in helping to arrange for the return of an item I left behind. "

"This hotel was excellent. The room and facilities were excellent and we would definitely stay again. However, we had terrible difficulty getting on the wi-fi. We asked on numerous occasions how to access the wi-fi at reception and eventually on the third occasion we were given the password and got on easily and really not sure why we were not given this when we first asked. This was a big problem for us as we had our 14 year old grandaughter with us and she was really unhappy with no wi-fi....

"We had some items delivered to the hotel in advance and contacted them to arrange. They were very willing to assist and accommodate this. When we arrived, for some reason hotels.com had told them we were travelling with an infant, which we found amusing for my teenager to have to sleep in the cot they had set up for us. However, this was no problem, they got maintenance to come and take down the cot and sent extra bedding up. This is the second time we’ve stayed here, convenient for the beach...
