Santanna Penthouse - Fondachello-apartments com

The very bright and newly built property enjoys an excellent southern exposure with a view of the sea and Etna Volcano. It is located on the Fondachello seafront about 5 meters from the beach. The apartment is located on the third floor. (There are no lifts). Accessing through an armored door you enter the living room/kitchen complete with all the necessary equipment. It is equipped with air conditioning (heat pump) in the 2 bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the living room kitchen. The apartment is a veranda closed on three sides by sliding glass doors (double glazing) which leads to the 20 square meter terrace which overlooks the beach directly. The terrace is equipped with a hydromassage tub, table with chairs, deck chairs and umbrella where it is possible to spend unforgettable moments such as the suggestive sunrise over the sea. On request it is also possible to have a barbeque to make the most of your outdoor dinners.
