It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. "Very sweet place for short-term stay. Once on the island, owner was very communicative. The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was a pair of socks from previous renter left in the bathroom, but otherwise clean! It was great with our dog - very comfortable, not overly precious but still...

"The Cupboard Atop the Stairs is a delightful space! Perfect for a weekend away. Laura was extremely helpful, making room in her garage for our bikes as it was pouring when we arrived on the Cape. Despite the rain, Falmouth offered plenty to keep us busy and our accomodations were cozy. A well stocked kitchenette allowed for coffee in bed in the morning:)"

"Very clean and comfortable studio in a very convenient spot on the Cape. Equally easy to get to the beaches in Orleans then Provincetown, or to get to Falmouth or the Cape Cod Canal. Adorably decorated with a seaside theme, great patio out back with grill, full kitchen, welcoming bottles of seltzer, assortment of Kuerig coffee pods, impeccably clean, free parking, and all on one level with no stairs to climb. "HI, We had a very nice time, loved the view from the patio! I will have to say that we were extremely disappointed with the WIFI! My husband had to work and was unable to ..connection was very very poor, if at all! Also, there was definitely an ant problem. We didn't use the 2nd bedroom so the sheets are clean. 1 more thing, there wasn't a blow dryer which I expected so didn't bring one . Thanks, Liz and JIm "
