Charming oasis!
We were attending a wedding nearby. The cottage, nestled on a quet treelined street, was a lovely retreat from the hustke and bustle. It was very clean, spacious and well appointed with thoughtful little touches. We highly recommend!

The property was lovely. It was very clean and very tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out back on the patio in the mornings and evenings. We loved the location of the house as well. David quickly responded to any questions we had regarding the property, the area, and offered recommendations for restaurants, etc as well. Our stay in this cape cod cottage was great. The communication for checkin checkout was easy and stress free. The location, although tucked away within the community was easy to get to and the house was clean on arrival. In our opinion the beds could have been a little more comfortable but all in all we had a nice stay as it was very convenient to the plans we had in the area.

We loved our rental in Mashpee. Location was great - on a quiet golf course yet near enough to beaches, restaurants and shopping! David/Juliane were extremely accommodating and responsive - even providing recommendations , the place was perfectly situated for our family, and the home was clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay! We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house! The host was super-responsive to any questions I had. The rules were shared prior to our checkout so we knew what to expect. The house is a bit of a drive (at least 15 minutes) to the nearest town - which made take-out a bit of a chore - be sure to plan ahead. The beach is nearby, about a 5 minute drive, so that's nice. Overall we had a great time.

Had a great short stay here. Location was good and the neighborhood was great. It was very quiet and peaceful. David was very efficient and great with communication. My mother has mobility issues and this property was perfect for us. Definitely a great spot for someone with a similar situation. Would highly recommend this property.
