"The beds were not the most comfortable. Too hard, but also with annoying polyvinyl under the sheets. Maybe we were expecting a more well-kept beach in this 5-star resort. Comparing the beach with the neighboring, much smaller 4-star resort Sunnyside Apartments shows some of the weaknesses of the Falkensteiner resort beaches."

"Had the best time this accommodation was gorgeous, so clean and the service was second to non. We were in an economy room apparently but we overlooked the pool and the finish in the room was exceptional. Breakfast although not included in.price was lovely and the price of the drinks and mini bar were extremely reasonable. "The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff was extremely friendly and serviceable. Bathroom could have used some hooks for hanging towels and an electric socket so as to not have to blow dry your hair in the middle of the room. Pool area was very calm and clean, pool was amazing.
