We used the laundry service, washed our bikes in the bike wash, thoroughly enjoyed a home cooked breakfast attended to by their wonderful chef and Alexandria at the front desk was fabulous helping me arrange our return trip to Venice. "The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise.
