This property is located in Imbassaí Reserve which is located next to Imbassaí village, 65 km from Salvador International Airport in the Costa dos Coqueiros, one of the largest tourist destinations in the country.

Occupying an area of ​​132.73 hectares poring over a beautiful virgin beach, with hundreds of coconut trees and blue sea, the resort is the exact 12 km away from two major regional tourist destinations: Costa do Sauipe, north, and the Beach strong south.

The Imbassai village is a tourist town with all the infra market structure, pharmacy, bakery and good restaurants.

Uma casa espaçosa e confortável. Piscina, churrasqueira e muito verde. Recebemos inclusive a visita de quatro macaquinhos. A praia fica a cerca de 15 minutos de caminhada sem pressa. Foi um tempo passado em família, como há muito não fazíamos. Recomendo.

A casa muito bem mobiliada ( todos os quartos com camas Queen e ar-condicionado, banheiros com duchas aquecidas, cozinha completa, internet, TV, área de lazer impecável), fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Sr. José que nos deu todas informações sobre a casa necessárias para uma ótima estadia e ainda nos indicou restaurantes ótimos que ficam na vila, o condomínio possui quadras de tênis, academia, campo de futebol, praia com acesso particular, clube reservado com salão de jogos, pena não conseguirmos aproveitar tudo pelo pouco tempo de hospedagem, lugar perfeito para passar dias com amigos e familiares.

Casa boa , porem sem manutençao
A casa é otima, o que falta é manutenção. Seguem exemplos : a maquina de lavar roupas não funciona perfeitamente, a torradeira de pão estava estragada, havia panelas que foram guardadas sujas, a bomba de água nao funciona o que deixa a água dos chuveiros sem pressao, o piscineiro nao vai todos os dias, o que faz com que a piscina fique suja e cheia de folhas,o freezer estava sujo e mofado. Nao fomos informados previamente sobre cobrança a parte de tarifas de agua, luz e gas. Enfim, a casa tem tudo para ser perfeita desde que seja melhor cuidada, ou que nao sejam oferecidas coisas que nao estao funcionando na casa. Outra coisa muito seria, varios pregos do deck estao levantados, isso representa um perigo enorme, pois é uma area onde se anda muito descalço. A casa precisa ser dedetizada, tem formigas demais na area da piscina e churrasqueira, sao daquelas formigas que a picada causa bastante alergia e dor, ou seja mais um perigo principalmente para crianças.
