I went there 5 times. The 4th I was robbed at ALA SOL. They took my debit card from safety box. I have all the proof. I wrote to them but nobody answered. This summer I came back (close, good sea) and the food was terrible. Bar bartenders hated Argentine people and, there was a bad service at restos and bad food.The only food for veggie people was salad! What was worse, you had to “fight” in order to get a chair at the beach! Terrible! Last but not least, there isn’t a doctor or a place for quick medical attendance. Even though you have your insurance, I was bitten by a giant ant and I almost collapsed. They should have someone in situ. I love the beach at the place but I am quiet disappointed!

Hotel é muito bonito, o que achamos que faltou atrações noturnas para adultos, tem a vilinha que é linda porém tem que pagar para consumir sendo que estamos no all inclusive. Outra coisa chato foi vendedores querendo vender cotas, enquanto estamos no hotel para relaxar.

Restaurante deixa a desejar e Aviva atrapalha
O hotel é incrível e os funcionários, em sua maioria, muito educados, porém tem deixado muito a desejar nas questões de restaurante. 1) variedades de almoço e jantar (muitas opções diferentes que não agradam a maioria das crianças e adultos), o básico deveria ter todos os dias e não tem. 2)Comemos um camarão empanado que para nosso total desagrado ao comer percebemos que não estava limpo, estava ainda com a tripa e esta situação se repetiu por vários dias. Uma questão básica de qualquer gastronomia que se preze. Foi absurdamente desagradável. Outro fator que bem inconveniente e invasivo é a abordagem quase de minuto a minuto dos funcionários da Aviva e da equipe de fotografia. Abordagens muito constantes, o tempo todo e que não nos deixam aproveitar a viagem sem ter que toda hora ficar falando não pro serviço

O Brisa é uma experiência que vale a pena ser conferida. Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos os colaboradores. A estrutura do hotel e os serviços prestado, tudo de primeira qualidade. Pontos positivos: Atendimento, serviços de bar e restaurante, alimentação, atrações da Villa, serviço de copa para bebês, transporte interno, limpeza do jardim e da piscina. Pontos negativos: Não há exaustor no banheiro. O colchão estava molhado, como se alguém estivesse sentado recentemente. O sofá do quarto precisava de uma lavagem a seco.
