"Insgesamt 4 prima Tage in der ruhigen Wohnung verbracht. Musste zeitweise im Homeoffice arbeiten, was mit dem angebotenen Internet der Wohnung hervorragend geklappt hat. Kleiner Supermarkt und Früchteladen war trotz Nebensaison offen und zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wohnung wurde mit einer elektrischen Heizung gemütlich warm. Horacio ist ein toller Vermieter, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"The host Beatriz made our stay most enjoyable. We had no hot water for a couple of days but Beatriz dealt with the problem immediately. The indoor parking space is tight. The one thing that was disappointing is that there is no Wi Fi and we had to go to the local library to get our emails."

"The Apartment has everything you would need i.e. Aircon, dishwasher & washing machine. The only two issues that were not great was the small outside balcony which barely seated four people certainly NOT for a meal & the underground garage was quite a challenge as you had to go down two levels and the ramps + parking space was very tight for any car larger than say a ford fiesta, let's say it was not for the faint hearted. Although once you walked out the front door everything was on your door...

"Maria was an excellent host, replied to any questions promptly and offered us so much information about the local area and traditions. This made our stay in Sanlucar so much more enjoyable even though we love this town. Maria went beyond all expectations when we encountered a problem with the hob on the cooker which was totally out of her control. The apartment is located in the old town very central for local shops and bars and very spacious and well maintained with a good selection of kitchen...

"The property was very clean and pleasant. Just about perfect size for us our adult son and his wife. Bathroom was good, plenty of good towels and very clean. The shower was small but adequate with good pressure. The location was perfect for Chippiona and the surrounding areas.Two downsides that could easily be remedied. The one but kitchen was woefully supplied with pots and pans. The non-stick coating was flaking of and the one small fry pan where this wasn't the case had a broken handle....
